A community-based wiki around Halo Infinite's level editor 'Forge' where I've contributed to via wiki formatting guidelines and articles.

I took full advantage of the thousands of hours I've spent in Halo Infinite's "Forge" level editor, building levels and researching the intricacies of the tool to rewrite and reorganize a community-based wiki around the tool.
TSG Forge Wiki is a wiki project stood up by a Halo community named "The Scripter's Guild" with the aim of providing adequate documentation surrounding Halo Infinite's built-in level editor. As the game's developer does not provide such documentation, it has been left to community efforts to spread the knowledge of the tool usage.
I restructured the wiki on a Miro board from scratch, which didn't take too long as I had a clear goal in mind of the outcome, and knowing so much about Forge, I knew what had to be included in a wiki about it. I learned Git and GitHub procedures to make commits to the wiki repository in order to push the changes I had made locally. Later on I also improved on the contribution guide for the wiki as the easier it is for people to contribute, the more likely they are to do so.
This project taught me how to structure a large-scale wiki for an entire game's level editor, use Git and GitHub, and be able to write well-structured articles and better guides.
My contributions:
Problem recognition
The issue I had with the old wiki was that it was too difficult to add articles onto as the structure was not adequate enough. I wanted to fix this, which was the start of my research.
Solution planning
I recognized that the solution wasn't quite so simple, which led to me using a Miro planning board to structure tasks and lay out ideas so I could reference them later.
Wiki structure reorganization
I reorganized the entire wiki structure as I had enough knowledge in the level editor that the wiki was about to know what would be a much better and more readable structure. For this I used VS Code + Git and the GitBook editor.
Article standard creation
With the new wiki structure facelift, I also wanted to create a formatting standard that new articles should follow. The intention of this was to lower the bar for contributing to the wiki as there would be some guidelines to follow.
Guide and article writing
I wrote general information about all categories of the wiki which led to sub-categories, as there had to be some info on the landing pages. I worte a detailed guide on how to contribute to the wiki as well as one article for the Team Intro Spawn object.
